Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦280,000/month
Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete publishing lifecycle from manuscript submission through proofreading, editing, design, printing, and final publication.
Manage multiple publishing projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Monitor and supervise the printing and production process, working closely with printers to maintain high fidelity output.
Coordinate a multidisciplinary team including editors, illustrators, graphic designers, and layout specialists.
Resolve bottlenecks in the workflow and ensure all feedback is appropriately implemented.
Maintain a publishing tracker and provide weekly status updates to management.
Implement editorial SOPs and quality control benchmarks across departments.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in publishing, production, or editorial project management.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume content production.
Excellent organisational, time management, and leadership skills
